Key Responsibilities

As an LCPC at Haña Wellness Clinic, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions for young adults, fostering an environment of support where clients can share experiences and learn valuable coping mechanisms.
• Individual Therapy: Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to each client, helping them to explore their thoughts and behaviors, and devise personalized action plans for change.
• Treatment Planning: Work collaboratively with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to evaluate clients’ progress and adapt treatment approaches accordingly.
• Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and consult on complex cases, ensuring comprehensive treatment for every client.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your efforts will primarily focus on young adults aged 18 to 30, who are navigating mental health challenges. This client population often requires a nuanced approach that includes evidence-based and holistic treatment modalities. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Nevada.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits
