The clientele you will serve includes individuals and families facing various adversities, ranging from socioeconomic struggles to crises stemming from trauma. By utilizing a trauma-informed care approach, you will engage with clients who may be experiencing emotional distress, mental health issues, or difficulties in accessing basic needs. You will work diligently to empower these individuals and advocate for their rights within the community.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Colorado.
• Strong understanding of social and economic justice issues, with practical knowledge of community resources available in the Arvada area.
• Excellent communication skills, cultural competence, and the ability to demonstrate empathy and resilience in challenging situations.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience working in social services or a similar setting.
