Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Master Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth assessments to analyze and understand clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges.
• Developing personalized service plans with measurable goals, tailored interventions, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Providing individual and family counseling to address diverse life challenges, ensuring you enhance their capacity to cope and thrive.
