Position Summary:
This position is a transformation leadership role supporting Mentor's participation in Project Transcend, Johnson & Johnson's global ERP transformation to SAP S4/HANA and its connected digital ecosystem.
The Sr. Manager, Transcend Program Lead serves as the single threaded leader for Mentor's end-to-end ERP transformation through Project Transcend. This role is accountable for translating global program design into Mentor specific execution, ensuring alignment across all business functions and technology ecosystems. The role combines enterprise program governance with hands-on project execution, leading all aspects of Mentor's readiness, deployment, and stabilization. This includes ownership of business continuity, customer experience, and commercial performance throughout the transformation. This individual acts as the primary bridge between global Transcend program teams and Mentor business leadership, ensuring Mentor requirements are represented, risks are proactively managed, and the organization is fully prepared to operate in the future state environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Mentor's Transcend program execution, aligning all business functions to global timelines, design, and deployment strategy
- Drive cross functional participation in solution confirmation, ensuring alignment across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Customer Service, Deliver, Planning and other functions
- Serve as the primary Mentor business representative, providing guidance on enterprise process requirements and resolving cross functional design decisions
- Lead enterprise change impact assessment and business readiness planning across all workstreams
- Represent Mentor in system demos and design reviews, providing structured, strategic feedback across the ERP ecosystem
- Oversee data readiness across customer, product, contract, and financial domains, including cleansing, validation, and migration preparedness
- Define and govern end to end test scenarios to support integrated business process validation, including complex Mentor use cases
- Lead enterprise validation activities through integrated testing and business simulations
- Assess and communicate solution impacts to business performance, customer experience, and operational continuity
- Ensure SOPs, process documentation, and training are developed, aligned, and completed prior to deployment
- Provide leadership for cutover planning, deployment execution, post go live stabilization, and issue resolution
- Identify and manage Mentor specific project needs, ensuring execution, accountability, and alignment across all workstreams
Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience in Program or Project Management, preferably within ERP or large-scale transformation initiatives
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven experience leading enterprise level, cross functional transformation programs with multiple workstreams
- Deep experience with ERP implementations or transformations, preferably SAP S4/HANA
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, including, but not limited to Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Operations
- Experience working in regulated industries, preferably medical device or healthcare
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, drive decision making, and execute under ambiguity
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder alignment, and influencing skills
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify gaps, assess impacts, and drive continuous improvement
Preferred:
- Experience supporting or leading Transcend or similar global ERP transformation programs
- Experience within Aesthetics, MedTech, or device-based businesses
- Familiarity with consignment models, device tracking, and regulated operational processes
- Experience with ERP ecosystem integrations including CRM, service platforms, and data solutions

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$122,000.00 - $212,750.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
