Although the role is remote, you will also have access to our outpatient office in Pomona for occasional team meetings and workshops.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client concerns, including mental health histories and current challenges, to develop tailored therapy approaches that align with individual goals.
• Facilitate engaging and therapeutic sessions, employing a variety of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist clients in achieving their mental health objectives.
• Provide guidance and resources on coping mechanisms, helping clients to navigate difficult emotions and stressors effectively.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans using electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss case progress, share treatment strategies, and contribute to an environment of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, addressing issues ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges to substance use disorders. Your adeptness in culturally inclusive approaches ensures that every client feels understood and supported, enhancing their treatment experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

• A master's or doctoral degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a current Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting that has equipped you with skills in therapy delivery and client assessment.
• Strong familiarity with evidence-based therapy methodologies and an openness to incorporating innovative techniques into your practice.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and tracking client progress.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
