• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to ascertain clients' substance abuse history and associated mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and any underlying mental health concerns.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to the unique needs of clients.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, ensuring coordinated care that promotes clients' overall well-being.
• Provide education and support to clients' families, fostering their involvement in the recovery journey.
• Document all client interactions accurately and comply with relevant regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in record-keeping.

You will work primarily with individuals facing challenges related to substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our client base is diverse, including adults from various socioeconomic backgrounds. Awareness of cultural sensitivity and tailored approaches is essential in addressing the unique experiences of each client as they navigate their recovery paths.

• Possession of a valid license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Previous specialized training in addiction counseling and familiarity with evidence-based practices is strongly preferred.
• Excellent therapeutic and counseling skills, with a proven ability to motivate clients toward recovery.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Experience working in a substance abuse treatment setting or with clients dealing with co-occurring disorders is advantageous. Familiarity with telehealth technologies and virtual care methodologies will also be beneficial, as our focus is on providing high-quality remote support.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
