Key Responsibilities
  • Provide structured, evidence-based counseling to individual adults through weekly live video sessions utilizing a comprehensive CBT framework.
  • Track and assess client progress using integrated digital tools that automate symptom self-assessments and monitor functional improvement.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary psychiatric providers to develop cohesive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Engage in regular clinical consultations with leadership and fellow counselors to refine therapeutic approaches and enhance treatment efficacy.
  • Participate in team meetings and continuing education sessions to stay updated on best practices and latest research in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with adults who are navigating a range of mental health disorders. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and those identified as high-risk. Your ability to provide culturally responsive care is essential in addressing the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our clients, helping them build emotional resilience and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.
  • Independently licensed as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist with a minimum of one year of professional experience.
  • Strong commitment to treating diverse populations and delivering culturally sensitive therapy.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing digital tools and telehealth platforms to enhance clinical practice.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of recent experience providing cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to adults.

Compensation and Benefits

Your dedicated work as a Mental Health Counselor will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by additional performance-based bonuses.
