This role offers a 100% remote work environment that supports work-life balance. Our team is equipped with user-friendly electronic medical records (EMR) and integrated treatment software, allowing for streamlined documentation and efficient service delivery.

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions with clients through live video consultations, fostering a safe and therapeutic online space.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments to gather data on client progress and adjust treatment interventions accordingly, ensuring optimal effectiveness.
• Participate in ongoing consultation sessions with team leadership for clinical support and professional development.
• Focus on documentation and compliance using streamlined protocols, helping you dedicate more time to client interactions and less on administrative tasks.

Your role will primarily involve working with adult clients who are facing a variety of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. You will engage with individuals across different cultural backgrounds and life experiences, ensuring that you provide culturally responsive care that meets their unique needs. Your commitment to treating all populations, including those at higher risk, is crucial for fostering positive outcomes.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, particularly with adult populations or higher risk clients.
• Active independent licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist for at least one year.
• Strong commitment to culturally responsive practices, demonstrating sensitivity towards diverse mental health experiences.
• Familiarity with technology and a willingness to integrate digital solutions into clinical practice effectively.

• At least 2 years of recent clinical experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and evidence-based interventions tailored to adults struggling with various mental health issues.
• Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and the ability to understand and respect their unique perspectives.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by attractive bonuses.
