These instructors may work for colleges, universities, or online education providers, and often have real-world experience in supply chain roles. Their goal is to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to work effectively in supply chain functions across various industries.

Familiarity with online learning platforms, supply chain management software, and virtual collaboration tools is essential. Strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to engage students remotely make an instructor stand out. These skills ensure effective teaching, up-to-date industry instruction, and successful student outcomes in a virtual environment.
