This position operates in a fully remote environment. Our detox center supports clients in crucial stages of recovery, providing a structured yet flexible work setting that values the importance of tailored therapeutic engagement. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain insights into clients' mental health histories, presenting issues, and treatment goals.
• Provide therapeutic services including individual, couple, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and narrative therapy.
• Develop and implement customized treatment programs, continuously adjusting therapies to align with clients’ evolving needs.
• Collaborate with clients to create specific, actionable treatment plans and conduct regular progress evaluations to ensure effective outcomes.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements in social work practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain informed about advancements in therapeutic practices and interventions.
• Foster a therapeutic alliance with clients, enhancing trust and facilitating a cooperative atmosphere conducive to personal growth.
• Provide ongoing support and practical solutions to assist clients in overcoming life’s challenges.

This role specifically targets clients undergoing detoxification and those facing concurrent mental health and substance use challenges. Our client population ranges from individuals seeking recovery from addiction to families needing support during these critical phases. You will play a vital role in guiding them through their personal recovery journeys and addressing co-occurring mental health concerns.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in private practice or detox environments is preferred.

• Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, in addition to performance-based bonuses.
