As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of emotional and mental health issues, using tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to drive individualized patient care plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, continually evaluating and adapting strategies to support and enhance patient mental health outcomes.
• Create, organize, and maintain comprehensive treatment records that comply with the latest regulatory requirements using industry-standard software, ensuring accurate tracking of patient progress.
• Work collaboratively with patients to develop and modify treatment plans that resonate with their personal goals and experiences, including anticipated risks and safety considerations.
• Coordinate referrals and act as a vital communication link between patients and treatment providers, facilitating access to necessary resources.
• Provide mentorship and educational support to students, interns, and volunteers, sharing insights that nurture their development within the field.
