Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients to identify their mental health needs and create appropriate treatment plans.

Qualifications
  • A masterโ€™s or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current licensure as a mental health counselor in Massachusetts (LMHC), including meeting state requirements such as passing recognized examinations and completing supervised clinical hours.
  • Completion of a minimum of three years of supervised clinical experience in mental health practice, which should include varied client interactions and treatment modalities.
