Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C)
Location: Maryland
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a Maryland-licensed LCSW-C for a clinical position that combines direct psychotherapy with clinical consultation and oversight. The role includes maintaining an individual caseload while providing guidance to social work clinicians and reviewing clinical work for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
This position is well suited to an experienced clinician with strong clinical judgment who can balance client care with supervisory and consultation responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide psychotherapy to assigned clients through a secure telehealth platform
  • Conduct clinical evaluations and determine appropriate treatment approaches
  • Provide consultation and clinical guidance to social work staff
  • Review treatment plans, progress notes, and other clinical documentation
  • Provide feedback to clinicians regarding documentation, treatment decisions, and clinical practice
  • Participate in case reviews and clinical discussions involving complex client needs
  • Support appropriate responses to risk, safety, or other clinical concerns
  • Maintain compliance with Maryland licensing requirements, confidentiality regulations, and professional standards

Requirements
  • Active Maryland LCSW-C license
  • Master's degree in Social Work
  • Experience with supervision or advanced clinical practice
