Position Overview
Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Remote Support Experience Coordinator to support day-to-day customer service and administrative operations. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, helping coordinate requests, resolve routine concerns, maintain accurate records, and ensure a consistent and positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, chat, and other approved communication channels.
