Key Responsibilities

  • Document all client interactions and treatment plans within electronic health record systems, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will be committed to serving patients in a hospice care setting. This role requires sensitivity and understanding as you work with individuals and families facing terminal illness. Qualifications
  • A valid LICSW licensure is required.
