How we will compensate you:

  • You have the power to determine your own income with our commission-based compensation. The average income of our agents under the N8 and N9 Agent’s Contract who meet annual minimum sales production requirements is $124,000.
  • Individual agent performance will determine your income.
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) and pension.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts by building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
  • Conduct warm calls to identify new business opportunities and nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance sales and promote services.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends to inform business development initiatives and enhance competitive positioning.
  • Lead sales presentations and effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management and sales, with a strong emphasis on B2B sales and business development.
