What You'll Do
As a Remote Career Starter, you'll work directly with clients while developing communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and other online platforms
• Build strong relationships through professional, personalized service
• Educate clients about available benefit options and answer questions
• Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team while managing your own schedule
