The Remote Operated Survey Lead is responsible for leading and executing complex surveys and positioning tasks from the office-based remote-operating control center (OROC). This role provides advanced technical support and oversight for remote survey operations on Oceaneering OPG projects, drilling rigs, and other opportunity vessels, including the setup and integration of remotely operated equipment. The Lead acts as a subject matter expert and mentor within the team, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.
This role is a US-based position located in Morgan City, LA, and requires a daily on-site work schedule. Requires employee to be capable of traveling to various locations as required for business needs. Also requires to be able to support nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support projects.

REQUIRED
Two (3) Plus+ Years in an offshore Survey or Marine Construction related field
Must have or be able to obtain TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
Must have computer skills
DESIRED
Two-year technical degree or University degree
Understanding Geomatics and surveying best practices
Five (7) pluses+ years in offshore Survey or Marine Construction related field
Understanding of navigation, positioning and acoustic surveying
Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal
Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese)
