Project Manager – EPC (Transmission & Distribution)

Location: Midwest (MN, IA, WI, IL, Upper MI) | Remote considered for the right candidate

We are currently seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to support utility infrastructure projects across the Midwest. This role will focus on the delivery of Transmission & Distribution projects, with flexibility on location for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full lifecycle execution of EPC projects across transmission, distribution, and substation work
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure successful delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain alignment and performance
  • Lead project financials including cost tracking, forecasting, and change order management
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a strong safety culture across all projects
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing EPC projects within T&D or utility construction
  • Strong understanding of transmission, distribution, and/or substation projects
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
