Your work will primarily focus on children and adolescents facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. By creating an environment that is supportive and understanding, you will help facilitate healing processes and empower students to achieve resilience in their personal and academic lives.

Qualifications

  • An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
  • At least three years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, particularly with a focus on school-aged populations.
  • Deep understanding and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices and treatment methodologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, allowing for effective interactions with both students and their families.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working within a school setting and familiarity with educational systems and student support services.
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention strategies and ability to respond effectively in high-stress situations.
  • Background in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support the mental health and academic success of students.

  • Access to ongoing professional development through continuing education programs, ensuring you stay informed and skilled in the latest clinical practices.
  • Insurance provision to give you peace of mind regarding personal and health-related needs.
