Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position at Positive Harmony Pathways Counseling. Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to balance work and life while providing support to students from various geographical locations in Atlanta, Georgia. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide individualized and effective intervention.
  • Develop and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.
  • Collaborate with educational staff, psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to each student's care.
  • Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops aimed at empowering students and their families.
  • Assess crisis situations and implement risk assessments, safety planning, and urgent interventions when necessary.
  • Document all clinical interactions promptly and accurately, maintaining compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and support to interns or junior staff as required.

Qualifications
