Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments through virtual interviews and reviews of student records, identifying emotional, social, and environmental factors influencing their academic and social performance.
  • Provide therapeutic counseling to students dealing with a range of issues from anxiety and depression to grief and adjustment difficulties, ensuring they receive the emotional support they need to navigate school life.
  • Work collaboratively with educators and interdisciplinary teams to create personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address each student's unique psychosocial needs and promote their mental health.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
  • Possession of an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Illinois.
