About the Role BGIS Integrated Technical Services (ITS) is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support banking, retail, and entertainment clients across Duluth, GA .

You'll handle maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment replacements while enjoying strong company support, training, and growth opportunities. What We Offer * $30-$40/hour based on experience * On-call stipend: $150 * PTO: Start at 48 hours; grow to 168 hours * 7 paid holidays * 401(k) with 5% match BGIS Kickoff Tech Program - Choose One: * $3,500 cash bonus * 40 extra holiday hours * $1,250 technical training reimbursement What You'll Do * Perform HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs * Work on RTUs, VAVs, air handlers, split systems, ice machines, and refrigeration * Complete equipment changeouts and preventative maintenance * Respond to emergency service requests * Provide recommendations on mechanical improvements * Follow all safety procedures * Deliver excellent customer service and accurate documentation What You Bring * 3-6 years of commercial HVAC experience * EPA Certification (required) * Experience with commercial HVAC/refrigeration troubleshooting * Valid driver's license * Ability to lift 75 lbs., work in confined spaces, and climb ladders * Strong communication and customer service skills * Willingness to work overtime and occasional travel * Ability to pass drug, background, and MVR checks Tools Provided * Fully stocked service van * iPad, iPhone , PPE * Support from dispatch, coordination, and technical resource teams Why BGIS ITS?
