Our next phase of growth includes expanding our vendor partnerships and direct service offerings across the U.S.

Role Summary

Weโ€™re looking for a high-performing and resourceful Business Development & Sales Manager to lead our growth efforts across both strategic partnerships and direct customer acquisition. Youโ€™ll help build our vendor network, unlock new service channels, and drive end-to-end sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Identify and onboard new vendor and partner relationships (e.g. service providers, distribution programs, subcontractor networks).

Evaluate partnership opportunities aligned with our IT, low voltage, and automation services.

Lead vendor relationship management, compliance onboarding, and performance tracking.

Represent Orcha Systems in discovery calls, demos, and partner negotiations.

Sales

  • Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through consistent execution.

Strategic Growth

  • Research new verticals and target markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing on outreach and campaigns.
  • Deliver feedback to improve service offerings and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships (preferably in IT, low voltage, or technology services).
  • Experience onboarding or managing vendors, contractors, or channel partners.
  • Proven sales ability from lead gen to deal closure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and across teams.

Nice to Have

  • Background in telecom, MSP, structured cabling, or CCTV services.
  • Familiarity with U.S.-based commercial or enterprise clients.
  • Existing partner/vendor relationships in the tech or service delivery space.
