Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions utilizing various modalities such as individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct detailed assessments that inform personalized treatment plans, adapting strategies based on ongoing client feedback and progress.
• Collaborate with clients to establish clear, achievable goals, regularly reviewing these goals to monitor therapeutic effectiveness and adjust as necessary.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards, empowering effective treatment tracking.
• Engage with a user-friendly platform for managing client scheduling, notes, and adherence to best practices in teletherapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Full licensure as a mental health professional in Oregon (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD) that permits independent practice.

While the minimum educational qualification is a Master's degree, we prefer candidates with previous experience in outpatient therapy settings and a demonstrable skill in using technology for teletherapy. Compensation and Benefits
