We're equally committed to building careers as we are to building solutions. If you're looking for a company with entrepreneurial energy, a proven record of growth and innovation, and a culture that supports your next career move, we'd love to talk.

A few benefits our employees enjoy

  • Day‑one coverage: medical, dental, and vision plans so you're protected from the start

Position Summary

SRS Acquiom is a recognized thought leader in M&A space and an emerging thought leader in other adjacent spaces, with proprietary insights and data-driven content that differentiates us in the market. As we expand our brand, we are seeking a Director, Content Strategy to lead and evolve our thought leadership engine.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. The Director will own the end-to-end lifecycle of thought leadership: from identifying high-impact opportunities, to shaping editorial direction through collaboration with other marketing colleagues (brand, demand gen, SEO, etc.), managing production and publishing of designed and web-based content, and managing the vast content library. The right candidate will have meaningful experience and passion for creating short and long-form thought leadership, leveraging both data and subject matter expertise to drive impact for the business. This individual will partner closely with subject matter experts and manage third parties vendors to identify and translate complex insights into compelling, business-driven narratives that support marketing, sales, and brand authority.

As an ideal candidate, you will be both a strategist and a hands-on operator: someone who can define where we should lead or add to the conversation on timely topics, while also rolling up their sleeves to write, edit, refine, and guide content through approval cycles to completion. You are highly agile, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams while maintaining a clear connection between content and business outcomes. You adeptly foster connections at all business levels, collaborating to create, while simultaneously guiding decisions through thoughtful executive communication.
