Role Overview

The Communications & Change Management Lead – Strategic Supplier Program will design and execute the organizational change and communication strategy supporting a large-scale supplier sourcing transformation. This role bridges technical program delivery with organizational adoption, driving stakeholder buy-in and a seamless transition for internal teams and third-party suppliers alike. The position offers the opportunity to shape executive-level communication strategy while ensuring the transformation's strategic value is fully realized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to support program milestones.
  • Co-lead change management initiatives to facilitate adoption of new labor sourcing processes.
  • Partner with program leadership to align delivery milestones with strategic messaging.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in.
  • Provide strategic guidance on change management best practices to ensure program success.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of communication and change efforts.
  • Facilitate workshops and feedback loops to address organizational pain points.
  • Deliver executive-level presentations to maintain transparency and alignment.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience in communications, change management, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated expertise in program delivery and managing complex, large-scale initiatives.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively at a Manager or Senior Manager level.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within a large global technology organization or similar enterprise environment.
  • Experience in labor sourcing, vendor management systems (VMS), or transformation functions.
