Part-time strategic communications professionals often encounter the challenge of staying fully integrated with fast-moving projects and teams, as they may not be present during all key discussions or decision-making moments. To address this, it's important to establish clear lines of communication with colleagues, leverage collaborative tools to stay updated, and proactively schedule regular check-ins. Additionally, prioritizing tasks and being adaptable can help ensure that strategic goals are consistently met, even with limited hours. Building strong relationships within the team also helps facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
