• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders efficiently, creating a personalized roadmap for treatment.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, reflecting our commitment to individualized care.
• Deliver engaging individual, couple, and group counseling sessions that empower clients through the cultivation of coping mechanisms and self-care techniques.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities relevant to the client’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring a comprehensive approach to treatment.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress in sessions, adjusting treatment goals and strategies as needed to foster their growth and recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.
• Maintain accurate, confidential electronic health records (EHR) of patient progress, treatment sessions, and consultations in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

The LPC will work with diverse clients from various backgrounds, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling meaningful connections and rapport with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to counseling, fostering a trusting relationship with clients.
• A demonstrated ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client appointments, including some evening or weekend hours.

• Experience with telehealth practices and familiarization with relevant technology platforms for remote counseling.
• Experience working in a community health setting and familiarity with challenges faced by underserved populations.
• Knowledge of best practices in mental health care, including crisis intervention techniques.

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and case load. We ensure our counselors are well-supported in their roles, providing assistance with billing and documentation, which can reduce administrative burdens and enhance your focus on client care.
