• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying their specific treatment needs and goals.
• Create individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique circumstances, challenges, and aspirations, ensuring that care is both targeted and effective.
• Lead individualized and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, adjusting approaches based on client feedback and progress.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, sharing insights with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to design cohesive care strategies.
• Educate and empower clients' families about mental wellness, fostering an informed and involved support system that enhances recovery efforts.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records in compliance with established regulatory and ethical benchmarks, ensuring clarity and continuity of care.

Your work will involve assisting a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By understanding each client's unique story and developing tailored treatment plans, you will directly impact their journey to mental well-being. • A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Specialized training, certifications, or substantial experience in mental health counseling.
• Strong familiarity with evidence-based practices applicable across a range of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional interpersonal and therapeutic skills, with a focus on building robust client relationships to foster trust and motivation.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities to collaborate effectively with the broader treatment team.

• Experience with trauma-informed care approaches and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based therapies.
• Prior experience working in outpatient settings and providing both individual and group therapy.
• Understanding of telehealth practices and remote care techniques, particularly beneficial given our remote work environment.

• A competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
