As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will take an active role in providing therapeutic services. Your key responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual and family therapy sessions, specializing in various issues including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, medical issues, and communication difficulties.
• Developing and implementing personalized therapy plans based on individual assessments and family dynamics.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and effective communication techniques to foster an open and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Tracking progress and outcomes to adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal patient care.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Participating in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and clinical knowledge.

You will work with a diverse set of clients, including couples facing marital challenges, families with children or adolescents dealing with behavioral issues, and individuals seeking support for personal struggles. Our comprehensive approach addresses the unique needs of each client, enhancing their overall well-being in a nurturing environment.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and high standards of clinical care.

• Experience in teletherapy and remote patient management is a plus.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Experience working with both adult and child/adolescent populations.
