• Provide remote counseling services to clients, focusing on a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gauge patient needs, followed by the formulation of individualized treatment plans that are both effective and actionable.
• Engage in regular progress evaluations, ensuring treatment plans are adapted as necessary to reflect changes in client situations or wellness goals.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including medical doctors and wellness coaches, to ensure holistic patient care and support.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation in compliance with privacy regulations and organizational standards.
• Foster a therapeutic rapport with clients, demonstrating empathy and cultural competence while addressing their needs and providing ongoing support.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and contemporary workflows to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Your clinical focus will be primarily on adults facing various mental health issues, many of whom may also be dealing with chronic conditions. The emphasis on integrated health behavior change allows you to work closely with patients in navigating their path toward recovery, fostering both emotional and physical well-being. • A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must possess reliable internet connectivity to support a seamless virtual therapy experience.
• Strong ethical principles, alongside a solid understanding of the legal and regulatory frameworks guiding mental health practices.
• Cultural competence and an awareness of the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in therapeutic settings.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a counseling role, particularly in outpatient settings.
• Experience with collaborative care models and integration of mental health and primary care services.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, especially those tailored to address co-occurring disorders.
