Amundsen Davis does not utilize any Artificial Intelligence (AI) in its applicant selection or hiring process. Amundsen Davis recognizes the supportive benefits that AI may bring to the practice of law, but we expect it to be just that - supportive of original human thoughts, arguments, and ideas. During the hiring process, it is particularly important for us to see your writing and other communication skills without the aid of AI. Accordingly, Amundsen Davis requires all applicants to fully disclose their use of AI to generate or otherwise supplement any content in communications (i.e., cover letters and emails) with the firm, and other submissions (e.g., resume, writing samples, etc.) to the firm. Failure to disclose your use of AI during the hiring process may result in denial of employment, revocation of an employment offer, or termination of employment (if hired).
