 About the job you're considering:

We are seeking a highly experienced Apriso MES / Delmia Specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of MES solutions across complex manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep handson expertise in Dassault Systems Delmia/Apriso platforms, fullstack .NET engineering, enterprise integrations, ETL pipelines, and multisite MES/ERP orchestration. 

Your Role:

  • Architect, configure, and customize Apriso MES solutions for multisite, global manufacturing organizations.
  • Develop MES integrations with ERP systems including SAP MII and other middleware platforms
  • Build, enhance, and troubleshoot MES modules including Quality, Material Management, Machine Integration, and Production flows.
  • Develop robust .NET applications, APIs, and services used for MESERP interoperability, provider portals, and enterprise web applications.
  • Modernize and upgrade legacy .NET applications, including security enhancements, encryption, and performance improvements.
  • Create REST/SOAP APIs, perform complex SQL development (PL/SQL, TSQL), and support ETL pipelines across diverse platforms.
  • Leverage cloud architecture expertise across platforms to support MES hosting, migration, and automation solutions while deploying and managing distributed development environments, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based MES integrations.
  • Led development teams by providing architectural guidance, code reviews, and delivery oversight while driving end-to-end MES/ERP implementations for Fortune 500 and government clients and partnering with business stakeholders to define technical strategies, resolve challenges, conduct UAT, and ensure compliance.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Strong programming skills in C# and .NET for developing and maintaining applications.
  • Experience with MES platforms, including Delmia Apriso 9.x, to support and enhance manufacturing systems.
  • 7-10 years of prior experience architecting scalable solutions, troubleshooting missioncritical systems, and guiding crossfunctional teams.
  • Proficiency in working with SQL Server databases for data management and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Solid understanding of MQ services, event buses, and message queues, with the ability to support real-time plant floor integrations.
  • Deep knowledge of discrete, batch, and continuous manufacturing processes across various industries.
  • MES Dassault Systems Delmia/Apriso Certified Architect
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects with competing priorities
  • Highlevel communication skills and crossfunctional leadership experience
  • Expertise in both handson development and architectural oversight
  • Aerospace or heavy manufacturing industry experience in regulated environments
  • Large enterprise MES deployments with multisite/multicountry footprints

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440/year
