Join us as Co-Founder and Business Lead to scale our sports technology platform. We've proven our model in 4 weeks and are moving fast. We need a strategic business partner to lead our USA market entry.

Our Traction (Nov - Dec 2025)
  • Nov 5: Private testing phase launched
  • Nov 15: Prototype validation complete
  • Nov 20: Beta testing closed in West Africa
  • Nov 25: 2 academies onboarded generating $4,500 ARR
  • Pipeline: 10+ additional academies in queue → projected $20k+ ARR within 30 days

Our Goal: 200 academies and $300k revenue by end of Q1 2026

What You'll Own

30% equity in all USA-based operations with equal profit-sharing alongside the technical co-founder(s). You'll have a voice in every major decision from day one.

Your focus:

  • Lead sales and business development using our proven risk-free model
  • Build the full go-to-market strategy and marketing infrastructure
  • Structure partnerships and affiliate relationships
  • Influence product strategy and prioritization
  • Fundraise (optional—we're currently self-sustaining)
What We Need
  • Sales & BD skills: You can build relationships, communicate value, and close deals
  • Strategic thinking: Can scale a B2B SaaS business and think 3-6 months ahead while executing today
  • Ownership mindset: You make decisions as if you own the business (because you do)
  • Nice-to-have: Sports industry background, startup scaling experience, or fundraising expertise
