About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Creator Manager with expertise in the NIL and college athlete landscape.

This individual will manage a roster of collegiate athletes, helping them build personal brands, maximize endorsement opportunities, navigate partnerships, and establish long-term careers that extend beyond college athletics.

The ideal candidate understands the rapidly evolving NIL ecosystem and has relationships across brands, agencies, universities, and athlete representatives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a roster of NIL athletes and emerging sports creators.
  • Source, negotiate, and execute brand partnerships.
  • Educate athletes on brand building, social media strategy, reputation management, and long-term career planning.
  • Collaborate with Business Affairs to ensure compliance with NIL regulations and contractual requirements.
  • Consistently achieve individual revenue goals, and roster growth targets.
  • Develop relationships with universities, agencies, and sports organizations.
  • Stay informed on evolving NIL legislation and industry best practices.

Experience

Required

  • 2+ years in creator management, sports marketing, athlete representation, or NIL.
  • Strong understanding of the NIL ecosystem and college athletics.
  • Proven success negotiating sponsorship and endorsement partnerships.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Existing network within collegiate athletics or professional sports.
