As a member of the client partner team, you will represent Cordova to clients that are seeking the best talent in the market. The key focus of this role is customer acquisition, engagement, and development as well as fostering client/candidate relationships that result in successful placements.

  • Utilize prospecting skills that include networking with business partners and contacts, cold-calling, industry research, social media, and technology utilization to generate new business

  • Uncover and develop technology leader relationships within account portfolio as well as develop new business

  • Using client and prospect feedback to develop strategies that match customer and prospect needs to meet talent demands

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, account status reports, and provide actionable plans that will foster account growth and revenue potential

  • Participate in contract negotiations

  • Develop expertise in key areas of technology

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • 2 years of industry experience
