5. Position Summary

Drive strategic growth by identifying, qualifying, and capturing federal contracting opportunities that expand the company's portfolio across U.S. government agencies. Lead business development and capture efforts across the full federal procurement lifecyclefrom opportunity identification through contract award.

6. Must-Haves
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Government, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of business development, capture, or sales experience in federal contracting
  • Demonstrated success winning federal contracts (prime and/or subcontract)
  • Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition processes
  • Experience with contract vehicles (GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, GSA Schedules)
  • Established network within federal agencies and/or government contractors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Develop and execute win strategies
