• Directly interface with clients exhibiting major mental illness and severe emotional disorders in a variety of settings, applying evidence-based approaches tailored to individual needs.

The ideal candidate will primarily serve clients experiencing mental health challenges in the hospice environment, focusing on issues related to grief, loss, and adjustment to serious illness. Understanding the emotional and psychological complexities involved in end-of-life care will be crucial in providing effective support.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is mandatory.
• Active LCSW licensure in the state of Oregon is required.
• Demonstrable expertise in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis management for a varied client population.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational abilities are required to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to better serve our community.
