About the Role

S&P Business Analytics & Insights team sits at the center of U4B's growth, building scalable reporting, advanced analytics, and AI-driven solutions that power strategic decisions across the organization. We partner closely with Sales, Strat Ops, Operations, and U4B leadership to define key metrics, uncover insights, and drive accountability across the business. In this role, you will influence high-stakes decisions, identify revenue and market share opportunities, and help scale a data-driven culture as U4B accelerates toward its $10B goal.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Strategy & Operations and Core Operations teams as a thought partner to deliver reporting and insights on key U4B Growth Bets aligned to long-range planning goals
  • Build and scale dashboards and reporting to track performance, measure impact, and drive accountability across growth initiatives
  • Analyze category positioning, share of wallet, and whitespace opportunities to inform investment decisions and prioritize high-impact growth areas
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams to evaluate new product unlocks and translate business questions into actionable analyses
  • Synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations, enabling leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions

 Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a data-focused role (e.g., Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Data Scientist) with a track record of driving business insights and decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in data manipulation, KPI tracking, and building scalable data workflows and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, translate complex analyses into strategic recommendations, and drive impact in sales or revenue-focused environments
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and communicate actionable insights to cross-functional partners
  • Experience developing and applying machine learning models (e.g., regression, forecasting, opportunity sizing) to solve business problems such as revenue growth and share of wallet estimation
  • Advanced analytical and statistical expertise, including techniques like multivariate regression, time series analysis, and A/B testing to drive data-backed decisions
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) and large-scale data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake) to build scalable data and modeling solutions
