• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including crisis intervention strategies and behavioral guidelines tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Document client interactions and treatment plans in an efficient manner to meet regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with mental health policies.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to accurately identify and address client needs as determined by the clinical team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance clients' coping strategies.
• Actively engage in accreditation and licensing processes to uphold the organization’s commitment to quality care.
• Serve as a liaison for various service systems and community partners, fostering relationships that enhance client support networks.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and with clients, striving to meet both clinical and contract standards to advance the organization's mission.
• Explore opportunities for program enhancement by building relationships with local agencies and organizations to promote services and identify potential partnerships and funding sources.
• Engage in professional development through conferences and training, representing the agency at community meetings focused on mental health initiatives.
• Embody and promote the agency's mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions and decision-making processes.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing mental health challenges, substance abuse issues, and various developmental disabilities. By providing tailored therapeutic services through telehealth, you play an essential role in improving their quality of life and supporting their journey toward recovery.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health-related field is required to ensure a strong foundation in mental health principles.
• Current independent LMHC license issued by the state of Arizona is essential to provide compliant and effective care.
• Proficient in maintaining clinical records and preparing corresponding reports while adhering to professional standards.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team, fostering a cooperative environment focused on client care.
• Strong communication skills, enabling effective exchange of ideas and treatment approaches with colleagues and clients alike.
• Exhibit sound judgment and the capacity to make independent decisions based on professional expertise and the best interests of clients.

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions, demonstrating proficiency in remote client engagement.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices relevant to mental health treatment, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Previous work within community-based programs or behavioral health clinics that serves diverse populations would be beneficial.
