Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to determine patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, employing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.
• Lead psychoeducational sessions and support groups aimed at promoting mental health awareness and community support.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Deliver crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Inform patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower their recovery.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Engage in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and best practices with colleagues.
• Stay informed of the latest developments in mental health research and methodologies to enhance your therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Hope Care and Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals aged 18 and older seeking support for various mental health issues. Our clients come from different backgrounds and cultures, each bringing a unique perspective to the therapeutic process. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in New York state is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and experience with evidence-based treatment strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient or telehealth setting is highly regarded.
• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities specific to client populations you’ll be working with.
• Experience leading group therapy sessions and therapeutic workshops.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
