Sodexo is seeking a Senior Director of Solution Design (HTM) to lead the development of innovative, client-centric solutions that fuel growth across our Healthcare Technology Management business. This high-impact leadership role sits at the intersection of Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing, translating commercial strategy into differentiated, executable solutions that win.

What You'll Do
  • Lead & Develop the Team
    Manage and mentor a team of solution design professionals, setting priorities, building capability, and ensuring consistent, high-quality output aligned to growth goals.
  • Partner to Win Business
    Collaborate with Sales and Operations to shape competitive, client-ready solutions, participate in deal strategy and presentations, and help drive successful outcomes on complex pursuits.
  • Design & Deliver Differentiated Solutions
    Lead the development of innovative HTM solutions that are operationally sound, financially viable, and tailored to client needs, including capital strategies and multi-service offerings.
  • Drive Process Excellence & Consistency
    Build and implement scalable tools, playbooks, and standards that improve speed, quality, pricing discipline, and consistency across solution development.
  • Enable Sales & Influence Strategy
    Support pursuit strategy by defining win themes, strengthening value propositions, and coaching teams to improve deal quality, win rates, and long-term profitability.
