\n The NPH <\/span><\/span>Full Charge Bookkeeper <\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b>will manage all accounting operations for Navajo Power, handling everything from daily transactions (AP\/AR, payroll, bank reconciliations) to month\-end reporting and financial statement preparation, providing a complete financial picture that requires accuracy, software proficiency (e.g., QuickBooks), and integrity.<\/span>

  • Ledger Management<\/b>: Maintain the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers (AP\/AR).<\/span>

  • Transaction Processing<\/b>: Record, classify, and post financial transactions, ensuring accuracy.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Bank\/Account Reconciliation<\/b>: Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts monthly.<\/span>

  • Payroll<\/b>: Process payroll, timesheets, and related tax filings.<\/span>

  • Financial Reporting<\/b>: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet).<\/span>
