POSITION DESCRIPTION:EnFin is seeking a highly motivated Incentive Revenue Coordinator to support incentive program execution, documentation accuracy, and funding readiness across the TPO lifecycle. This role centralizes fragmented incentive workflows and ensures all projects meet program requirements to successfully secure and monetize incentive revenue. It does not determine incentive eligibility policy or program design but ensures all required data, documentation, and submission requirements are accurate, complete, and aligned so projects can progress efficiently and reach funding and investor-acceptable status.
This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA with an in-office schedule that is set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Remote work may be considered for exceptional cases.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Own end-to-end incentive application coordination across assigned pipeline, including submission, tracking, and status management.
- Prepare, validate, and submit incentive applications across programs (e.g., SREC, VPP, IL Shines, DG rebates).
- Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with program requirements prior to submission.
- Track incentive applications from submission through approval, payment, and closeout.
- Identify and resolve defects preventing incentive approval, funding, or monetization.
- Drive projects to incentive-ready and funding-ready status through data correction and document alignment.
- Perform QA/QC reviews across incentive documentation, system data, and submission packages.
- Maintain and govern incentive trackers, spreadsheets, and system updates to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Engineering) to gather required inputs and resolve discrepancies.
- Partner with external stakeholders including utilities, program administrators, and third-party vendors.
- Investigate rejected or flagged applications, perform root cause analysis, and drive resubmissions.
- Track and manage assigned pipelines to meet throughput, aging, and program deadline requirements.
- Produce clear reporting on incentive status, risks, and pipeline performance.
- Identify recurring defects and escalate systemic issues to support process improvement.
- Partner with Process Improvement, Product, and Operations teams to enhance incentive workflows and reduce defects.
- Process incoming checks, route them to the Enfin deposit lockbox, and update payment records in the incentive tracker.
