Central Mind of Cure Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor for a full-time remote position. This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, designed to facilitate a healthy work-life balance while enabling our counselors to provide impactful services to clients from the comfort of their own homes. Although primarily remote, you will be part of a supportive outpatient office team, engaging in regular virtual meetings for supervision, collaboration, and community-building activities.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, providing therapeutic interventions tailored to the diverse needs of clients dealing with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to understand client needs, followed by developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that set achievable goals.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and educators to create a continuum of care that addresses all aspects of a client’s wellbeing.
• Ensure the maintenance of precise and confidential electronic health records (EHR) using designated software tools, facilitating effective tracking of client progress and outcomes.
• Participate in clinical supervision sessions and remain active in professional development through ongoing training to stay current with best practices in the mental health field.
• Respond promptly to crises that may arise with clients, conducting thorough risk assessments and developing interventions as necessary.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Central Mind of Cure, you will work with a diverse client population in Springfield. Not only will you support individuals struggling with various mental health issues, but you will also facilitate healing for families navigating complex dynamics and groups seeking community support. Your role will be vital in crafting a safe and trusting environment where clients can confront and overcome their challenges.

• A valid Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts, ensuring compliance with state regulations and standards in mental health care.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing counseling services to individuals, groups, and families, with a strong ability to connect and establish rapport.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to navigate complex therapeutic relationships and document care effectively.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and related technologies for maintaining accurate client data.

• Experience working within a team-based approach, particularly in outpatient settings.
• Demonstrated success in implementing evidence-based therapies and interventions.
• A background in crisis intervention with the ability to assess and de-escalate potentially volatile situations.

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
