• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored therapy strategies that address individual needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to ethical and legal standards in practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and seminars, to stay current with trends and advancements in mental health care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients, sharing insights and coordinating care approaches.

Our client base consists primarily of individuals and families experiencing barriers to accessing mental health services. This includes those dealing with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. As an LCPC at Greater County Counseling Services, you will have the opportunity to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships and help empower clients on their journeys toward recovery and personal development.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• A commitment to providing high-quality therapeutic care reflecting ethical standards.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• At least two years of clinical counseling experience, ideally within a community health setting.
• Specialization in one or more of the following areas: family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to connect with diverse populations.
• Experience using EMR software and related technologies to manage client information effectively.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual income between USD 70,000 and 90,000, based on experience and caseload availability. We offer a robust benefits package that includes:
