Your work will focus on individuals dealing with a variety of mental health issues, often complicated by co-occurring medical conditions. This diverse population may include patients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic medical problems, necessitating a comprehensive understanding of how these issues intertwine. Your role is crucial in facilitating their journey to recovery through compassionate engagement and expert guidance.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• Proven ability to address the mental health needs of patients with comorbid medical conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills tailored for building rapport and trust with clients.
• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and patient confidentiality.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and other relevant software.
