Our mission is to enhance the mental health and well-being of our community by offering comprehensive mental health services that address both psychological and medical needs. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative environment with healthcare providers, ensuring our patients receive holistic care tailored to their unique circumstances.

Work Environment

The position is remote, allowing our therapists the flexibility to provide essential services from home while also participating in our outpatient office for team collaborations and meetings. Our organization supports a work-life balance, ensuring our team members can focus on their professional and personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, considering the interplay between psychological and medical conditions that may impact the well-being of our patients.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans that integrate therapeutic techniques to address both psychiatric and medical concerns, ensuring a multidimensional approach to care.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote patient growth and resilience.
  • Collaborate closely with primary care physicians and specialists to ensure a cohesive treatment experience, enhancing patient outcomes through coordinated care efforts.
  • Provide urgent support and crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques to stabilize patients in distress.
  • Empower patients through educational sessions that discuss the interrelationship between mental health and physical health, aiding them in managing their conditions effectively.
  • Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans, adhering strictly to all legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating on complex cases to optimize care delivery.
  • Stay informed on the latest research and clinical practices in integrated health care to continue providing the highest standard of mental health support.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals facing co-occurring medical and mental health conditions. Our patient population includes adults dealing with a range of issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders alongside chronic medical illnesses.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Psychologist within the state of Washington.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a varied caseload while meeting documentation deadlines.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with a strong emphasis on active listening and patient-centered care.
  • Competence in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient care efficiently.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with diverse populations and those with co-occurring medical conditions.
  • Previous experience in outpatient settings, particularly in integrated care models.
  • Familiarity with team-based care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plans with employer matching, and generous paid time off (PTO) policies. We ensure our therapists are covered with professional liability insurance and offer opportunities for continuing education and professional development.
