• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand individual needs and establish a therapeutic rapport.
• Develop and execute customized therapy plans, employing various methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at fostering collective healing and mutual support among participants.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation compliant with ethical and legal standards.
• Stay informed of advancements in mental health by participating in relevant professional development workshops and training sessions.

Your primary clientele will include individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing culturally sensitive care tailored to their unique circumstances. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is essential, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices.
• Proven knowledge of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health counseling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and effectively engage with a diverse client base.
• A demonstrated ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for cohesive client care.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technology is preferred.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Experience working within a community health clinic setting is advantageous for understanding the unique challenges and needs of our clientele.

• The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
